participation terms
These terms govern free registration, review and potential public listing as a supplier that can receive enquiries through GlasFlow.
1. Registration and review
Registration is free of charge. GlasFlow reviews the submitted company information and capabilities and may ask follow-up questions. Registration does not create an entitlement to activation.
2. Enquiries through GlasFlow
Activated suppliers may be selected and contacted by contractors for projects that match their registered capabilities. There is no entitlement to a particular number, frequency or volume of enquiries. GlasFlow does not owe any order or conclusion of a contract.
3. Public listing
A public listing is published only after separate approval. For the duration of active participation, the supplier grants GlasFlow a non-exclusive, royalty-free and non-transferable right to use its company name and supplied logo on glasflow.ai to identify it as a supplier that can receive enquiries through GlasFlow.
4. Use of the logo
GlasFlow does not alter the substance of the logo. Only technical changes to size and file format necessary for a consistent and accessible display are permitted. The supplier confirms that it is authorised to grant this approval.
5. Ending participation
Either party may end participation with effect for the future. GlasFlow will then remove the public listing from the areas of the website it controls.
